The stage is already set. Our buyers can come with confidence knowing that every consignor and every horse is carefully selected to be part of the Free Spirit Select Sale. Leading up to sale day, we will showcase your horses through the Free Spirit Equestrian platform and market each horse in the most authentic and meaningful way possible. We want potential buyers to see more than a listing. We want them to discover the horse behind it to understand their personality, their strengths, their story, and what makes them special. Because sometimes a buyer isn’t simply looking for a horse. They’re looking for THE horse.

The Consignment Process
1-Application Submission
Read our consignment terms and conditions carefully. If your horse meets the criteria then please submit your horse's details and seller information through our secure online portal.
2- Equine Evaluation
After application submission FS Select Sale will then review your application through videos and photos submitted.
3-Consignment Approval
Once approved, you will receive a formal consignment agreement outlining all terms and conditions and an invoice for the $350 consignment fee.
4- Sale Preparation
Finalize your horse's presentation and prepare for the FS Select Sale, where quality is paramount. Including a final sale video.
Free Spirit Featured Consignment Offer
In-Person Farm Visit — $1,500
Give your horse the opportunity to meet in person with Free Spirit Equestrian to tell their story exclusively. Our Featured Consignment Offer is a limited marketing experience designed to share your horse’s story and showcase them to the Free Spirit Equestrian audience in a more personal way leading up to the sale.
Your feature includes:
- An on-site location visit to your farm
- Personalized storytelling centered around your horse
- Professional video footage & photography
- A dedicated Free Spirit Equestrian YouTube video featuring your horse
- Additional social media content & promotion
- Premium catalog highlight
- Enhanced exposure leading up to the Free Spirit Select Sale
Travel within 150 miles is included in the $1,500 flat rate. Locations beyond 150 miles (48176, MI) are welcome, with additional travel expenses applied.
