Private Check-In / Set-Up Day
Set Up -Arena and stalls will be roped off and closed to the public during set up day as we want to get everything set up and completed in a timely matter for a smooth preview and sale day!
No visitors will be allowed in our sale sections during this time frame, staff only for setting up the sale.
Horses can move into stalls & register from 12pm-9pm
Friday, July 16th
Open Area, Vetting, Formal Sale Preview, VIP Party, & Events
• Horse can register between 8am-1pm
• Horses Must Arrive No later than 12pm
• Horses officially register, general health, sport, and soundness exam for all sale horses- 8am-8pm
• Open Arena -Public Meet & Greet Horses 3-6pm
• Private VIP Tour & Lounge Party 5-6:30pm (access all night)
• Preview Dinner Starts 6:30pm
• Friesian Heritage Drill Team Performance 6:30pm
• Formal Preview 6:30-8:30pm
Friday, July 16th will be the day to preview horses and meet sellers with an open arena to see the horses, followed by a formal dinner and special performance by the Friesian Heritage Drill Team!

• 8am: VIP Lounge Opens
• 8am-11am Open Arena Preview
• 11:15am Opening Performance
• 11:30am Sale Time
The main event begins. Starting with a morning preview and followed by a performance by Durancik Liberty Horses kicking off the live auction in the Sanctuary Ring at 11:30am. Vendors and performers will be active throughout the facility. Bidding starts promptly as per the catalog order.
